Domestic Orders: Please allow 3-6 business days for order processing. During peak periods and high-volume releases, processing times may extend up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders containing multiple items may require additional processing time. Pre-order items will ship during the dates listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days after carrier pickup; however, carrier delays can occur. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, and the customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.
